Posting blog content that follows along the keywords that you are trying to dominate is a good web strategy. If you are posting have a list of words that are synonymous with your business and locale. Use those words when you post. If you are not using them, then you are off topic anyway. 5 times per post is ridiculous and worrying about density is ridiculous. What you should be worrying about is linking.
