		<description>I completely agree with linking... building relationships with other websites is important, but to say that keyword density doesn't matter is wrong. Posting blog content that follows along the keywords that you are trying to dominate is a good web strategy.</description>

		<description>In regards to SEO being too hard. If you are posting have a list of words that are synonymous with your business and locale. Use those words when you post. If you are not using  them, then you are off topic anyway. 

5 times per post is ridiculous and worrying about density is ridiculous. What you should be worrying about is linking. That is most of the work and most of what matters in SEO.</description>
